Collection of information using tbsgallery.no

This privacy statement applies to all business processes at TBS Gallery. The Statement provides information on data processing performed by TBS Gallery and determines the purpose and tools of the processing as well as data processing that we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to meet our contract obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with us at the gallery, marketing, information and bookkeeping.

When marketing by email / sms, we obtain explicit consent in advance. By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy statement.

If you have objections regarding our privacy policy, you also have the opportunity to appeal to the Data Inspectorate.

Information can be recorded and stored when you register on our website or sign up for our newsletter, when you contact us at the gallery either via e-mail, sms or when using our services.

Where do we store information about you - and where do we share your information with others?

Subcontractors

TBS Gallery also uses services provided by third parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored.

Woocommerce

Our e-commerce platform is provided by WooCommerce and data is stored in our ecommerce solution on our website. 

VIPPS

If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store) your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.

Klarna

If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.

IZettle

Hvis du betaler for varer på galleriet vil kjøpet registreres i Izettle.  Om en betaler med Visa eller Mastercard i vår fysiske butikk på galleriet vil personlig informasjon som kortnummer sendes til Izettle for behandling av betalingen. 

Intility

Intility is our IT provider and our servers are with them. Intility's servers and cloud storage solutions are used, among other things, to handle e-mail and documents. Information is stored in these systems and email correspondence or documents are stored with Intility.

Campaign Monitor

Vi benytter Camapaign monitor til e-postmarkedsføring eller utsendelse av nyhetsbrev. Ditt navn og e-post deles med Campaign Monitor  hvis du har meldt deg på vårt nyhetsbrev. Som kunde av TBS Gallery vil du med jevne mellomrom motta nyhetsbrev så fremst du har gitt et aktivt samtykke til det. Det er mulig å melde seg av nyhetsbrev ved å klikke på avmeldingslinken i e-postene eller ved å kontakte opp på post@tbsgallery.no.

XLEDGER

Xledger er vårt regnskapssystem og nødvendig data for bokføring lagres her. Typisk Navn/adresse/ordrer/faktura.

Bring

We send parcels with Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

PostNord

We send parcels with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.

Communication through email and sms

Som kunde kan du motta e-post og sms rundt ditt kundeforhold. F.eks. vil vi sende deg e-post/sms relatert til ordrer du har lagt inn, sms med sporingsnummer, glemt passord, informasjon rundt din kundekonto, ol. Dette er definert som berettiget interesse og det vil ikke bes om samtykke til dette. Vi benytter også e-post til  kommunikasjon.

Information (name, email, address and telephone number) that you have previously provided via correspondence to post@tbsgallery.no, newsletter, in our online gallery and physical store is kept until you possibly can. request that this be deleted.

Your rights in the information TBS Gallery has about you

As mentioned, no more personal information is stored than what is mentioned above. If you have previously been in contact or have used the contact form on the page to get in touch with TBS Gallery, you can contact post@tbsgallery.no at any time if you want to know what kind of information TBS Gallery has stored . That is, name, telephone number, e-mail and address. This is possible. information you have previously provided to TBS Gallery. If you have any questions beyond this please contact us.

Where tbsgallery.no sends information about you

Visitors' comments can be checked through an automatic junk comment detection service. Otherwise, TBS Gallery will not release any information about you.
